Today I released my first PDF eBook! I realized that I had written two books in the processes of teaching the A Walk Through Self-Publishing a few months ago as one of my Selah Press Author-preneur Training tele-seminars. Today I released the eBook Step by Step Guide to Self-Publish Using CreateSpace.
Anyone who has read my book How to Self-Publish: A Guide for Author-preneurs, heard me speak or taken one of my Selah Press Author-Preneur Training classes might wonder why I am creating a PDF eBook. I have expressed many times that I am totally sold-out to publishing using CreateSpace and Kindle Publishing. The reason is simple. I wanted to provide screenshots of each step along the way. CreateSpace and Kindle do not allow screenshots from their websites to be published through their platform.
Step by Step Guide to Self-Publish Using CreateSpace is designed to help you overcome the obstacles technology may be presenting for you as you work your way through the Self-Publishing process. Step by Step Guide to Self-Publish Using CreateSpace is supplemental to my book How to Self-Publish: A Guide for Author-preneurs. It does not repeat or replace the information provided in the book, it simply adds on a visual guide to improve your ability to navigate self-publishing using CreateSpace.
In Step by Step Guide to Self-Publish Using CreateSpace I explain how to use Word to publish in CreateSpace. Using Word will make life so much easier and it is inexpensive these days. You can spend more do book formatting in another program—the explanations in Step by Step Guide to Self-Publish Using CreateSpace will be related to using Word as well as the template you will be instructed to download from CreateSpace.
The handy screen shots along with step by step instructions will help walk you through the process of self-publishing.
