Dear Kayla–thank you so much for offering this book free. This was such a God-send as I am just trying to get started in essential oils. You mentioned the power of smell–how powerful is this? Would eugonols and phenols from oregano and clove be carried in the odor molecules and into the blood stream? Would inhaling still have a physiological anti-bacterial effect, helpful for fighting internal infections? ….. Have you heard of anyone using essential oils to fight small intestinal bacteria overgrowth (SIBO)? Or do you know of someone or a resource to go to find out more informaiton about doing so? I know Dr. Alison Siebecker, a leading SIBO expert, uses cinnamon and oregano and neem herbal products. Yet, my gut system is so compromised I am not absorbing well and was wondering if using oregano essential oil would bypass the malabsorption but still be effective in combatting the SIBO. Thank you.
