I’m so excited to give a peek into what I’ve been working on behind the scenes! Today is a big ambitious day. I have two new businesses to share with you.
First—the big news—after six years I am reentering the aromatherapy and cosmetic industries. My new company Ology Essentials offers essential oils, custom formulating, business and formulating consultation, high quality Hemp CBD oil and will offer an aromatherapy certification program. The second edition of my book The Art, Science and Business of Aromatherapy is due to come out in January with expanded and updated essential oil education material. Can you see all the similarities between my two new logos? I’m sure my fellow nerds will pick up that is more than the fonts.
Second—the extra cool news—along with some pretty awesome partners I am opening an innovative new retail store Work+Shop Create in Franklin, Tennessee. The grand opening is today, December 1, 2017. Work+Shop Create promises to be much more than just another trendy retail shop in the historic Williamson County town. In addition to offering uniquely curated products for the home, bath and body, the shop will showcase goods made by local artists and artisans, and will also host on-site workshops for the community. The extra cool part about Work+Shop Create is that my partners include my good friend Wendy Cooper Porcelli of Wandering 2 Promise Entertainment, my son Keegan, and my daughter-in-law Haleigh of Eternal Returns. How fun is that? Keegan did an amazing job building out the displays. Lots of pictures and details to come over the next few days.
