Authors should connect with your local library to find out if they feature Local Authors. Here in Williamson County our local library has a special Local Author Collection inside the library. It also has an online bibliography. They invite local authors to donate two books to their collection. One autographed book for their permanent collection and a second copy for the circulating collection.
Your local library is a great place to find a writers group. Even in this digital age don’t discount the value of your local library. Check out your local library website to find out more. If you live in Williamson County you can find out about their requirements here.
