You know how sometimes you have so much on your plate that you don’t know which way is up? Do you ever do crazy things-like add more to your plate-in moments like that? I do.
I’ve been in the middle of adding new goods, classes and services to Selah Press, developing new spices and products for Red Cedar Bison, while juggling my regular life as a wife, mother, author, publisher, rancher, and pet parent.
Doesn’t that sound like the perfect time to add a puppy to the mix? No!? Well, I guess we were not thinking clearly.
I mean who could when you look at that face?
Meet Tess. She is an Australian Shepard. She also is a high energy spaz attack.
She drives me nuts and I love her.
She is still learning and yet she is brilliant.
She is a high speed fuzz ball of chaos and joy.
Spices will launch on Red Cedar Bison.
Services, classes and a shopping cart are coming on Selah Press.
Dance season has hit the ground running.
But I am busy learning to enjoy pushing the pause button to play with Tess. She is a good conversationalist after all. I hear her talking in the background all the time. Sometimes it is a bark, moan, whine, and other times it is her favorite toy repeating, “Aflac, AFLAC, A-F-L-A-C!” over and over and over again.
I am a cat person, but I’ve fallen for Tess. Who wouldn’t?
